The woman here said the coupon is only good for deli classics at this location and got an atittude when we attempted to explain. My wife cant have deli classics as she is pregnant, so well take our business up the road to any of the better sub spots like Jersey Mikes, Jimmy Johns, or Publix. Theres a reason Subway isnt doing the business it was years ago.

What should have been a simple, enjoyable lunch turned into an exercise in patience and lowered expectations. As I walked in, I noticed they had switched to Pepsi. I thought, OK – no drinks today. Then I approached the counter, I was greeted by the sandwich artist. When I began to place my order, I was told that the Spicy BMT was no longer on the menu. I then requested roast beef sandwich & was met with a curt "We're out," I then asked if she could customize the new Italian sandwich by swapping the ham for turkey & was promptly told “NO”. At this point, I just left and went to a different establishment. While I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, the issues I encountered seemed indicative of deeper, systemic problems. I hope that by sharing my experience, management will take note and strive to make substantive improvements, so future guests can enjoy the quality, service, and atmosphere that have made Subway a beloved choice for so many over the years. Until then, I will be looking elsewhere for my next sandwich.
