  Drive thru. I ordered a #4 with xtra turkey and add cheese. I got the turkey but No cheese was added. The bread looked like they dropped it on the floor as there specks of black on it and white lint. I couldn't return as I was on the road and had to toss it. I wasn't given a receipt or even asked my phone number for rewards. This used to be a good location and probably now should be shut down or at least get new management.

  I arrived at the loaction a lil after 10:30am on January 7, 2026. I was in a phone call and could not hear the person on the other end becasue the music in the store was basting. I told the caller I will call them back because the music was so load and I said it load enough so that the cashier could here it( which she did). however, she did not lower the music. She was nice enough and polite, however, she did not fix my sandwhich the why I asked her too . She but a big peice of onion on my sandwhich without seperating the rings, whch I thought was absolutely ridiculous. take aways: Cashier was pleasant, however, I did not get what I ordered and my sandwhich was not made with any type of detail. Atmosphere was way to load with music blasting (think there was a apeaker near the register).

  Worst Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had. Is there even guacamole on here? Barely… and 4 slices of cheese… really? Evening, November 10th

  Arrived an hour after ordering. Bag was not stapled and sandwich was exposed. I had to throw it out. When I called the store to resolve, they never answered the phone. I'll find another sub place.
