They gave us exactly what we asked for in an orderly fashion and it was hot and fresh. The one I go to in Huntsville skimps me out big time on the fries every single time like potatoes are expensive or something and theyre COLD. Not in Roswell! These guys gave us a true large fry the way it should be. The way ours used to when it first opened. The building was clean and the staff was friendly too. I'll be going here again next time I pass through.

When my son called them, they said to bring back the receipt order and they would make it right. My son drove back, and they gave him Cajun seasoning to put on the fries that he had at home. He asked for fresh fries and they said he would have to pay for them. When I called to speak to the manager about this. He started screaming at me that this was okay with my son, and he didn’t want to let me speak at all. He hung up on me. We have been loyal customers for more than ten years. My family will never spend another cent at Five Guys every again.
