I am beyond angry about the experience I had with Five Guys today. I ordered two hamburgers online — one regular and one bacon. They sent both with bacon. My husband is allergic to bacon, and he had already taken a bite before realizing it and had to spit it out immediately. At first I thought maybe I made the mistake, but when I checked the receipt on the bag it clearly says one bacon burger and one regular hamburger. So the restaurant messed up the order. How do you mess up something this simple when allergies could be involved? To make it worse, I tried calling the restaurant and their phone is out of service, and when I called customer service no one answered. Completely unacceptable and extremely irresponsible. I’m very upset about this experience.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Turning off their online orders whenever there is a promotion going on. I called them and asked whether their BOGO promo is happening at their location and they told me “yes” so I asked if I had to order online or in store also worked. They proceeded and told me “yeah I guess in store also works.” It’s funny how someone who works there doesn’t even know what to do, absolutely no knowledge on what their work space. Also when I walked in, they told me “we actually have no meat” and walked away. So I went over and asked if they were completely done with orders and they said “I mean if you wanna wait?” Didn’t even tell me how long I had to wait, again I had to ask them lmao. I was definitely fine with waiting 10-20 min so I was going to wait and then that had happened. If this service was a joke then they did an absolute best job delivering that because I was laughing speechless.

You go to five guys and you know what you were getting that’s what this place delivers. Nothing special just a burger fries and an opportunity to throw peanut shells on the floor although they keep the floor pretty clean so I feel bad doing it, but I know it’s allowed. I don’t go very often because I think five guys is extremely overpriced. You will walk out of there spending over $20 per person, but sometimes it’s burger time and you know what you’re getting. The milkshakes are pretty good although I feel like a super fatty if I go all in. The workers are not overly friendly and don’t seem to love being there, but they usually get your order right and.

This place is always consistent, food is always hot and fresh. And one thing I truly appreciate is the friendly staff.

There is a problem with management at this location. I just left the restaurant. I walked in to order take out. It is 46° outside but I swear it felt like a windy 35° inside. The a/c was on the entire time I was there. I commented to the cashier but they did nothing. On my last visit, it was a warm day and it was burning up in there. I made a complaint. Question, is there no company policy or guidance on temperature in the restaurant? Remember the customers and their comfort? The staff was very happy, dancing and enjoying themselves which is great. But, come on. It is a customer service business. A grown up needs to be added to the staff there. I will not eat in a place that cares nothing about customer comfort.yes the burger was good. But I can get a good burger at many places. The price of the fries is ridiculous!!
