Maybe working on Christmas isn’t your thing, I get it but if you are going to come to work I’d expect you to be present. Half my order was incorrect. We took a 20+ min drive to get to this Dunkin and the experience was below par.

I called today, it’s Thanksgiving morning, to see if they were open (online it says “some locations” are open but doesn’t say which locations) just to get some breakfast before starting the festivities and some Hispanic kid rudely says “I answered the phone so obviously we’re open today” when I asked if they were open this morning. God forbid someone’s there during non-service hours. The food is already out of convenience but I’m sure this is also why their ratings are so low and there’s new kids working everytime I decide to go grab a quick bite.
