- JJJoyDec 29, 20251.0I placed an order for delivery for my sales team of 3 large pizzas and 2 subs at 12:20pm. After watching the tracker and seeing it only said prep for about 45 minutes, I tried to call the store. The guy answered, said it was really busy, and immediately put me on hold. I waited for a long time and hung up, deciding to give them another 30 minutes or so. I tried to call back at 1:30pm to get an update and once again he put me immediately on hold. So I decided to drive to the store at 1:50pm, even though my own store was very busy which is why we ordered lunch delivery. Upon arrival, one person was sitting on the back counter eating pizza, playing on his phone. The other person stated he was in the process of making my order then. There was one other customer in the store and literally nothing else happening at all. I still do not know why my order was so delayed and will no longer be ordering from this location due to the lack of professionalism or communication. I understand when it’s a busy day, but you still have to handle business correctly!!

One of them was smaller than my pinky finger with the rest being smaller than all my fingers. Dominos should use this photo of my wings if they want to accurately portray what they are serving for bufffalo wings
