  had such a great experience at CAVA thanks to Ashlyn. From the moment I stepped up to the line, she was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely engaged. Even during a busy rush, she stayed calm, efficient, and incredibly kind. She took her time making sure my bowl was perfect — thoughtful portions, neatly layered, and exactly how I wanted it. What really stood out was her attitude. She wasn’t just going through the motions; she took pride in what she was doing and made me feel like a valued customer, not just another person in line. Employees like Ashlyn are the reason people come back. CAVA is lucky to have someone who brings that level of energy, professionalism, and care to every shift.   Amanda went above and beyond during my visit. She was genuinely kind from start to finish. Even while managing the restaurant, she took the time to make sure everything was right with my order and that I had a great experience. Her positive attitude and leadership worth the mention. the teamand the atmosphere felt very welcoming. Exceptional customer service like that truly stands out. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location.

  I’m going to rate this location with ONE ⭐️ based solely upon the young man who has the beautiful full, dark eyebrows and black eyeglasses and long hair that was wrapped up in a net and cover up. He was wonderful! Professional, kind and smiled throughout my entire transaction with him. Aside from that this CAVA location is disgustingly filthy! The trash outside was overflowing, the door handles were filthy, the door windows were also filthy and upon entering the store itself was awful! The bathroom required immediate cleaning attention, all of the beverage machines were out of order, no ice, (machine not working), stainless steel countertops were filthy, the area where the food was stored for selection was also in disarray, sweet potatoes were old and hard, the pita chips which are usually my favorite were OLD and cold, the experience was simply, well below average. I will never return nor do I recommend this location at all. Considering the condition of the store/restaurant genuinely causes my mind to shift to the conditions of the kitchen and prep area.

  I went in at 3:30 today to get a late lunch for my husband. I was first in line behind somebody who was already being helped. There were employees in the back who saw me there, but nobody came out to help or say hello. Finally, the person in front of me was finished with their order, but that employee never turned to help me. Instead, somebody came from the back, put their gloves on, stood in front of me to take my order and just stared at me blankly. They never said hello or asked what can I get for you. Absolutely no words at all just stared at me. I left. The East Cobb Cava is much better.
