    Today is 1/4/26 7:43pm. I was excited to finally try Arby’s and I let it be known at the drive thru window. The worker was very short with me. I asked for lemonade and I was given light lemonade even after making it clear I wanted regular lemonade. Once i realized it was light lemonade I asked it they could exchange it for something else. I was told no even though it was a mistake on their end. Someone needs to tell the worker and the manager about customer service. So shocked at what took place.

    I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich meal and a crispy chicken sandwich meal. After paying, we were asked to pull forward while they finished cooking the chicken. When we received the meals, the buffalo chicken was raw in the middle (rubbery and discolored). The crispy chicken appeared to be mostly cooked, but also was very runbery on the thickest part. We told the staff but didn't want a refund, just wanted them to let the chicken cook long enough for others.

    Just went to this Arby's for lunch. Should have been a smooth transaction since I was the only customer, but the person taking the order was rude and impatient. He rushed me through my order just to have me park. He brought out my food, which was missing 2 key items, and the fries were old and cold. I called the store multiple times. They finally answered on the 5th try and lied to me, saying they were too busy to answer the phones. Terrible experience and customer service. Especially for overpriced junk food.

    The guy running the drive thru this afternoon was blunt and rude for no apparent reason and then all of our food looked mishandled. This location sucks. Boooooooo 🍅🍅🍅💥💥💥

    I’m writing a complaint about Kenna who seems to get a lot of bad reviews, I ordered thru the drive thru. I ordered a meal with a large drink, I got to the window she gave me a medium. Apparently it offended her to ask for what I ordered and I said I ordered a large and she sad no you did not. I know I did because I was so thirsty. So thirsty I said ok can you ring me up for a large which she did. When I tried my drink she decide to call me a liar again. I said this drink tastes really bad can you check it and pointed to the machine. She said no very rudely. Then she says I’m not going it for you. I said I’m not asking you to drink my drink I’m asking you to check the tap she says no. She then offers me no alternative drink after I paid extra. I keep asking g her why she is being so rude over a soda and she just smirks and seems to get satisfaction from the more mad she is making me. At some point I got mad which I apologize for but this girl is really weird as hell, something’s seriously wrong with her for how she treats clients. She wanted to make me mad she seems to have gotten off on it. When I told her I was going to tell her manager tomorrow and she’s really mean and karmas coming she simply didn’t. How is this girl a supervisor of anything. I ended up refunding my order because apparently it was just to hard for her to offer me a sprite or any other drink!
