  The MANAGER jose was so rude and disrespectful early in the morning didn’t want to explain the difference in coffee when i ask got made when i didn’t want to take a 4 dollar coffee when i pay for a 7 dollar one and didn’t want to give me the correct amount of change back i will be calling corporate on them

  Honestly we come here because it’s close to us, but this location is probably the worst in Alpharetta. It’s gotten to the point that the person taking our order is literally saying “Oh my God” annoyed and just constantly having attitude. This wouldn’t be a problem if the drinks were consistent, but more than half the time it’s like they just threw some slop together and gave it to you to get out of the drive through. The manager who is an older gentleman is the only thing keeping this place together, these highschool kids are running this business to the ground.

  Visited this location this past Friday and when I say the service was terrible.. I mean it! The Latina woman that was taking my order sounded like she was rushing me, which I get it if there's a line of people behind me, but in this case there wasn't. When I was handed my coffee there was strand of her black hair on my cup. Are hats not required in food service anymore?? I was very disappointed in my drink as well.. the syrup was in the bottom of my cup. I'm distraught because I used to love this Dunkin donuts. She was very unprofessional as well. Before she even greeted me, she was on her phone acting as if I wasn't there.

  José, or “Mr. José” as my kid’s call him, is the best of the best. He greets everyone with a warm hello when they walk in the door, to point where I feel like I’m a regular every time I go in — which is only about once a week. But he and the team are thoughtful, always going out of their way to make someone’s day with small gestures like I know they have for me and my family.

  I am writing this to highlight recurring issues with the drive-thru service at this location. On two separate occasions recently, my order was handed to me with items missing. While I understand mistakes happen, the behavior of the staff made the situation unacceptable. The Latino male employee working the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to address the missing items, he was dismissive and hostile, acting as though my request for the food I actually paid for was a major inconvenience. Customer service requires a level of patience and professionalism that this individual clearly lacks. His conduct reflects very poorly on this establishment, and he does not seem suited for a customer-facing role. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as I won’t be returning until staffing and accuracy improve.
