The inconstiancy is direct reflection of the below average customer service provided today. The manger Christina illustrated rigid dissatisfaction when asked about military discounts she manifested poor active listening, lack of empathy, & insufficient product knowledge. I mentioned that I was given miltary discounts at the neighboring Restaurant like north point Chik-fil-A location. Which i will only go there fron now on. Point Said purchase made 3/14/2026 at 12:14 pm Order # 3497581. Also Christina was unaware of or order and made us wait in line while the customer behind us got there orders. Allowing cars behind us to barely pass by us which may have caused a vehicle accident please check cameras.
