We ordered chalupas and they were not cooked completely, nacho fries were a small side for a kids meal, had to space them out to look full, crunchy taco was saggy and fell apart. Then your employees were hugged up kissing in drive through window rubbing on one another.

It is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the Chattanooga area. The fries are never cooked fully. If you order a large fry they only fill it up half way so you have to get the large to even get a small order. The burritos are all shell all the time. They can not manage to cooked the fries fully but they can over grill your burritos no problem. I have waited to give this review after eating here multiple times but unfortunately it never improved. I wish they would have left the old Bell open on Rossville BLVD.

Went to several Taco bells lots of times this is a new one never experienced this before. Sometimes I will ask for a chicken flatbread and get it grilled never had a question about it. Until they said that they don't have a grill button for the chicken flatbread at this particular store. Even work for the company I never heard of them saying that they couldn't grill something or make accommodations for anything items . Even though I do not work on the register. The Young lady at this particular store at the window said that "if we make accommodations for you, will have to make accommodations for everybody".but I never knew that they never could do that, first time I heard that they couldn't. I was told by my coworkers from one of the stores I work for ask them the question because of this incident that happened several weeks ago last, the month of February,"do we have a grill button and can we make accommodations if a customer decide they want their food a certain way and they told me yes they are allowed to make the customers feel comfortable about what they're ordering especially if they cannot eat or have certain things on their burrito, Taco, Etc.. then they ask me which store told me that and I told them, the new store by the borderline of Georgia and Tennessee said that I could not make accommodations to grill my chicken flatbread and that was the very first time that somebody told me they could not make my food the way I want it. I never heard that and I went to several Taco Bells and no one has not even told me that they could not grill my chicken flatbread that I work for that they could make accommodations ..why not have a a grill button for the flatbread because I was never told that they could not do that ..but if I take something out or add something to it why come I can't ask for something to be grilled.. it takes no time if you have a great team behind you, so by time I got to the window it was already done and they made it regardless. Then told me I couldn't asked anymore after this 🤔What she said was not true I schooled her at the window and I didn't say anything further but this happened several weeks ago and I just never got around to actually reviewing and talking about the situation please tell your employees or any company that if you sit down at a restaurant and make accommodations for someone to make something special if I was allergic to something ,will they take it out?
