  Terrible. The last time I had Wendy's they had sweet and sour sauce available now they've changed and everything tastes awful. This will be my last Wendy's meal.

  Workers wanted to talk about the food rather than make it. Constantly arguing back and forth instead of just making the order

  I think the biggest disappointment of Wendy’s is that there is so much potential. They have such a great product. Their burger is awesome and the fries are fine (when fresh). The app isn’t half bad, either. But it’s kind of a running joke in our family how it’s never an accurate order - no matter how simple or clear our order is. The time around, they were very polite and did great with the interactions. The speed of service was also great. But we received the wrong sized drink and the small fry was essentially the same as the large fry. I wish so many great things for Wendy’s. It just never seems to work out to what I envision in my head. I probably eat at Wendy’s only a few times a year - but it would likely be more if they could just be more consistent.
