Their burger is awesome and the fries are fine (when fresh). The app isn’t half bad, either. But it’s kind of a running joke in our family how it’s never an accurate order - no matter how simple or clear our order is. The time around, they were very polite and did great with the interactions. The speed of service was also great. But we received the wrong sized drink and the small fry was essentially the same as the large fry. I wish so many great things for Wendy’s. It just never seems to work out to what I envision in my head. I probably eat at Wendy’s only a few times a year - but it would likely be more if they could just be more consistent.

They didn’t wait for me to show the receipt were we had already paid, they just shut the window and didn’t come back. We were very disappointed and we were out of the money we spent to get this food. What if that was all we had to eat on and we had to go hungry, they should be ashamed.

Had to drive all the way back across town. No straws? Messed up orders, forgotten orders, bad service. Just don’t eat here, it’s not worth it.
