    Problems. Selling pastries without offering to heat them or offering butter/cream cheese. Just slap it on the plate. "Do you have cream cheese?" "Yes, it's a $1.00, sold separately." That's after I tipped her $2.00 for slapping it on the plate. I did get a napkin, though. Panera needs a few new/competent hires. km

    Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had. I usually love Panera and I’ve been to many locations across GA and this one was so disgusting I’m mad I spent almost $20 on a single meal of slop. The sandwich had so much sauce it was soggy and dripping all over and just fell apart. The salad did not have any extra toppings that I paid to have and dressing was only halfway filled. All around just gross and disappointing. It looked so thrown together and not at all panera standards.
