- NTNicole Taylor3 days ago1.0Not long after being seated our waitress let us know she had a big group to take care of but would "try to be attentive to us" which seemed really rude. After receiving our food and taking one bite we realized our food was still raw. I asked for medium well, which is brown but now we'll done, I've always asked for my meat to be cooked to that degree, my son asked for a steak well done, it was still pink and bleeding. The manager did take them off our check but barely apologized. This was my son's first time to Outback after I talked it up about how great it was, but we ended up leaving without even eating dinner.

Feels kind of scammy to charge people for a filet mignon and serve them a sirloin. Kitchen needs a supervisor at all times.
