Worst experience at a mcdonalds ever. They need to train their staff better. Gave my Mobile Order code and they said pull up. They lose the code and the order in the system somehow and then they say pull up to the next window when my order is right there waiting but yet they still want to argue with me saying what was my code and oh its not there but again my order is right there in front of them

I went thru the drive thru, ordered a number one, small, not lettuce. All 3 items were separate on receipt. I guess their's no meal deals. It was 10.73. Ridiculous

Just like Summerville the night before. I was told to pull up to spot number one that they had to cook some more fries. And then I was left to rot. Completely forgot about. I again had to go inside where are all the kids that we're working we're just hanging out. And the one guy from the first window had to come up front and fix our order A solid 30 minutes later. But this time I wasn't the only one there were two other customers right behind me even more upset. Not to mention the fries were cold after I was told I needed to wait for fresh fries. These kids want $20 an hour but very few are willing to work for it.

Came in Tuesday morning at 12:30 started with the drive through and waited for over 5 minutes and nothing was said drove around the building and seen no one then proceeded to go inside and of course there were no employees in the building even after shouting out
