The past two years were a scramble to get an order together for me that I made a week in advance; then today, I was told they did not get the order at all, even though I went in the store personally and ordered several days in advance. Beware the guy who writes sticky notes and the girl with red hair: apparently there is very poor communication and laziness that has no consequences. I will not be using Krispy Kreme anymore and will tell others to do the same.

This was my 5th attempt in a month to place an order 4x’s in person and 1x’s ordered through app. All 4 in person times they were out of basically every type of donut except a couple flavors. Placed an order online because the employees said if I did that and they would HAVE TO MAKE THEM. They lied. Not only did I place the order for several hours out online but after driving 18 miles to then pick them up was told they were unavailable to fill my order and had refunded my purchase. I then asked why I didn’t receive a phone call, text or email and they said they did do that. I showed them my incoming call log, and checked my email and text and again…lies. I’m not sure who the franchise owner is but clearly they are absent and don’t pay much attention to how consistently pathetic this location has become or maybe they just don’t care? It used to be great now it’s just a joke. Don’t waste your time unless you just want standard glazed donuts then you will be in luck. However, if you want anything else don’t get your hopes up. I’m done trying.
