I won't be back for small donuts at over $1.50/donut. Used to buy a dozen and they would fill the box from end to end. Now you could easily fit 20 donuts this size in this box and I know the box didn't get bigger.

The past two years were a scramble to get an order together for me that I made a week in advance; then today, I was told they did not get the order at all, even though I went in the store personally and ordered several days in advance. Beware the guy who writes sticky notes and the girl with red hair: apparently there is very poor communication and laziness that has no consequences. I will not be using Krispy Kreme anymore and will tell others to do the same.

I’m not understanding why. And I buy over $60 worth of donuts each time I stop by for my company. Today was the third time. Not sure if I will be stopping back in.
