The food is always not warm enough, smells like a dirty mop most visits, I never feel great when I leave the place, and the staff are unmotivated. With a prime spot in downtown Rome, I would think a sports bar could put forth more effort for its patrons.

I had my service dog with me with her collar and ID with me. When I walked in they said, "We don't allow pets." I replied, "She's a service dog and here's her ID." They nodded their head and just walked away. They claimed they were going to get the manager but just walked to the back of the restaurant and just dilly-dallied. So I walked out! On their website they even say they accept service dogs, and, in fact, all public places are supposed to allow service dogs with valid IDs, which I had!!!!!! I was floored! I'm sure they don't care, but I'll never go there again! SUPER UPSET!!!!!
