  I always have ordered from Dominos the delivery has never been a problem however my delivery was late AND IS COLD . Not only that I called just to confirm and making sure everything was OK bc my pizzas hadn’t arrived on time A woman who said her name was “Sierra” answer the phone and I explained to her what was going on only for her to tell me that the tracker says it’s been delivered already and her driver was headed back to the store and then says there’s nothing that she can do bc her drivers can’t answer the phone while driving then says the trackers are broken and she is really at the location a lot of uncertainty however She was very very rude and dismissive not one piece of empathy after she thought that I wasn’t getting my pizza delivery and I paid over $60 for that delivery and to be dismissed the way she did I will never shop with y’all again and I understand that y’all get plenty of customers and could care less about loosing my service but having a disgusting, nasty attitude carrying non-customer service speaking woman by the name of “Sierra” answering your phone I can guarantee you I won’t be the only one that will never shop with you all on shorter EVER AGAIN and our food is cold order was placed at 6:30 pm est out for delivery 7:08 and delivery was made 7:50-7:58pm est food wasn’t even in warm carrier unacceptable.

  I put the pay upon cash, and the delivery driver HAD NO CHANGE I lost 16$ dollars, because my order and delivery was 26.72 and I payed in 2 20’s. 16$ is basically 20$

  Ordered Philly cheese steak pizza. The pizza didn’t have any “steak” on it. Only a few green bell peppers. The cheese was “burnt bubbles. Never ordering from them again.

  Cierra, dani, Dillon excellent customer service. Minor mistake turned into excellent experience. All 3 very professional, clean, and pleasant to meet. Excellent hires I will definitely be back!!!!!!
