I've never had more missing items from a single restaurant in my whole life. Every order has something missing and sure, you can get it comped but now you have no lunch. Just drive on past this one, yall.
Update: Actually, no, you can't get it comped...
The entree was literally wet, cold and sloppy plus missing chips. All Chipotle "support" offered was a bogo for next time. No refund. Won't be going again.
Ive seen others say they've found hair and plastic in their food also so I'd be cautious if you go here.

Great prices , very large portions . I like more presentation and real chef like dinners . Really was more like just scoops of different ingredients thrown on in order. If I took them home for left overs it would just be a mush of foods piled on . But the prices and maybe ask for tweaks would help .

We stood there several minutes before ever being acknowledged. She was cleaning but never looked up even though she was facing us at the counter. My husband asked for an adult chicken quesadilla and was told they couldn’t make one because a “team” just pulled up and it would take too long to make. Literally four people pulled up in a van. That was the team. There was no one else in line with us until those four people walked up. We got the feeling the girl just didn’t want to make it and asked the manager if she “had to”. Manager said she didn’t have to make it because of the van pulling up. Ridiculous!! We left without ordering.

I almost never review places even when I have bad experiences, but I felt compelled to share my review because of how bad my experience has been with this location recently.
The last time I went, I had to get into a dispute with the worker over an item that was supposed to be included in my meal. After that issue was rectified, I left with the order and realized that items that I had ordered and paid for had not been included. When I went back to request the items, the service treated me as a burden and were unapologetic.
I went again against my better judgement and this time I was charged for an item that I did not order or receive, and I found a piece of plastic in my meal.
I have had positive experiences with this location before, and these past two excursions were both at night, so I believe my issues are related to the night crew.
In my opinion, you would be best advised not to go to this location at night, and be aware that even if you spend almost $20 on a bowl, you might get a mouthful of plastic.
