  The server did not correctly record the orders and the manager on duty, Robina C struggled to compute basic math regarding the bills. Though much grace was given, the service was unacceptable, even taking the slow business at the time in to account. The benefit of the doubt became no longer an option as the service spanned over two hours but was not to the fault of the customers—solely the establishment.

  Awful. Granted we did have a larger group. They took over 15 minutes to greet us. Took us over 2 hours to get any food. There was maybe two other larger groups at this establishment. The ac was blasting right on us. Another large group came in and had great service. A lot of the food was messed up and had to be remade. One person was never served food, and when we told the server she blamed the person for not notifying her when she was in the kitchen for over 20min. Service is usually on the slower side here but this was ridiculous.

  I am a regular here, and I usually have a decent experience. The service is usually slow, but today, I was there for 2 ½ hours. It took 15 minutes to be greeted and another 15 minutes to be given drinks. Our food came out after an hour and a half total, and many orders were wrong. The wings were cold, the fries had lemon pepper seasoning, sauces were mixed for one of our people who has an allergy and specifically asked for them to be separated. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of attention and care we experienced. The manager was unwilling to let us have the proper discounts for our horrible experience. After I complained, she asked where I worked (I am a server), completely unprompted and unreasonable. Absolutely horrible. I am never coming back.

  I dont know if they have new staffing or improperly trained. We were seated in a timing matter. Unfortunately it was downhill from there. Took 15 minutes for the them to come take our order which appeared to bad communication cause the server apologized. Then she took our order after 10 minutes we still had not received our drinks. We wait another 10 to 15 minutes and decided to leave. Side note a guy came in and stood at the front waited to be seated for 5 minutes with no line while the waiters and waitress congregated at the cashier. Also the place had plenty of open seats.

  I will preface this by saying this is the fault of one server, the other servers were actively trying to fix this other woman’s mistakes. Came in for my first veterans day meal ever, had to ask another server for our drinks. she was very nice and even checked on us a second time. our server never apologized for not bringing the drinks. then she gave us someone else’s check that was more expensive than our meal at full price. they ran off with my discount. she gave me the original check saying she fixed it now and i handed her my card assuming (yes i should have known better by now) she corrected our check and triple checked everything was correct. Nope. got my check back and paid for the meal I was supposed to get for free. Wings were room temp/ a little cold. pretty sure she didn’t bring us our food when it was ready and it sat there waiting. I usually don’t like to pick on the servers but this was very obviously her mistakes, not the kitchen.
