    This place has gone downhill as time goes on. I rarely have had a friendly experience with the staff and it always seems like they are understaffed. When I order more times than not, they are out of at least one ingredient. I sat in the pickup lane today twenty minutes past my pickup time to receive my order. I drove up to the window to pickup my order and watched the worker make it in front of me. At that pointI should’ve just saved myself the trouble and walked in the store. I ordered a burrito bowl and chips. Unacceptable.

    If you're just a plain ol' country girl..this is not for you. No refried beans, no ground beef. They gave me steak and lettuce..but refused to pour queso over it, so when I got home, I poured the queso over my steak and there wasn't any for the chips. And, the queso was a bit too spicy.

    Rude service. Usually good food but was surprised with the bad attitude of the staff especially the cashier . Also No chips, out of items and etc. Bad management
