I requested a refund due to unsanitary conditions, including the presence of a roach and employees smoking without washing their hands, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene standards. During the refund process, I was further disturbed when the individual seemed to mutter something under his breath that sounded like a derogatory term. Regardless of intent, such language is unacceptable and created a hostile environment. This whole situation left me feeling very uneasy and questioning the professionalism and cleanliness of the establishment.
