I am only doing 5 stars on the atmosphere for the employee Victoria. We moved here from Trenton to Rock Spring and was going to give this place another try. When they were originally going to start in Trenton, we went once and that was the last time. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, my husband went up them and asked nicely about how much longer. We were given a time frame by a girl up in the front, and the lady that was cooking in the back said they are just going to have to wait in an ugly tone. Instead of making a review, because they were new and working out of a trailer. I contacted Baby Hughy's on Facebook and explained what had happened. I was left on read.
Given what had about above in Trenton at the time, we decided to try last night. My husband called last night 01.09.26 and made a to-go order. A smashburger with fries, two chicken Fettuccine Alfredo meals and a Dr. Pepper. He was advise on the phone it would be 30-40 minutes. We live about 5 minutes away so I left 40 minutes he placed the order.
When I arrived in the parking lot, they were busy and had to park next door. When I walked in, I went up to the counter waiting on someone to be present. While I was waiting on someone, I had noticed the owner sitting at a table and on his phone and teo other girls walked past me without saying anything. No greeting what so ever.
I wasn't there long before Victoria came up. She was so nice and sweet throughout the process. She told me my order is still processing and just waiting on the side salads that someone would have to make. I asked about 5-10 minutes and she said yes.
I went back to mt vehicle and waited up to 15 minutes to give them extra grace for being busy. I called prior to walking in and was told they were waiting on the chicken fettuccine alfredo. I politely told her, I am by no means complaining, I get that they are busy, but it now has been an hour that I was originally told for my food. I asked nicely to cancel due to having a toddler and it was already pushing her dinnertime. She had asked if I wanted to speak with the manager, I stated sure, but it's not necessary.
All that I wanted to voice my concern about was the time. Originally we were told 30-40 minutes, then additional time for the side salads, and then was told waiting on the chicken alfredo. I get they were busy. After placing me on a short hold, advised me the order was ready. When I went in to get the order I expressed to Victoria I wasn't upset and wasn't trying to complain. It get it, you have no control on the time frame. I work in customer service as well, I wasn't trying to give anyone a hard time. Victoria was very understanding and apologized for the wait time.
Upon getting home and eating our dinner. My smashburger was somewhat still warm while my fries were cold. My husband and our daughter's meal was hot which is good, but when I put the fork in their chicken fettuccine alfredo containers, it was filled barley a quarter full and the portion size was small for something that cost $16 and some change X2. The fork went immediately down to the bottom. Not a whole lot food in the containers. Unfortunately, we will not be back to this established per above and our food was nearly $60. We went to WordLaw's BBQ in Lafayette and had a better outcome with better portions.

Had a beer at the bar while I waited for my Supreme Pizza to go, awesome bartender and awesome wait staff. Pizza on the other hand, 9ne of the biggest disappointments of a meal I have had in a long time. Differently not authentic Italian, would have gotten a better Pizza from the frozen section of a grocery store.

Have been a regular customer since they had the food truck. Loved the food and people are amazing.
In the last three visits it’s not been good at all. The chicken tenders were amazing now they’re like kids meal and dry. The big baby salad was more like lettuce salad . I’m not sure if the cooks are different or what but it’s not the same at all.
Servers are amazing love them.
Please get back to me original recipes.

Been wanting to try this place for a while, location usually stays busy which is a good sign. Decided to try it out. Having a website and app is a big plus especially if you don't know the entire menu.
Food was good
Service was...a little eh. The servers themselves were great, the ladies up front were awesome and understanding.
After placing my order through the app I was met with an hour wait time...ok mya be standard, so I waited. Then after the hour it took an additional 20 mins...again I won't blame the wait times too harshly as they were pretty popping -- but it was a little lengthy if I had to say something....
Back to the food, everything was as ordered, and like I said food was good so I'd definitely order again. The lady who handled my order was apologetic and definitely was a plus to the situation. Kudos to her.
4/5 due to the wait time.

We went in, ordered cheese sticks and a side salad to have while we waited for our pizzas and garlic knots to bring home to the family. Over an hour later, after I sat empty handed and watched everyone around us eat and my husband eat his salad, here comes our cheese sticks in the window. Sat there almost 10 minutes, she finally brought it over and let's us know our 3 pizzas that were to go, we're ready, too. We're like fine, just give us a box for our cheese sticks. We tipped well, although not deserved, and left. When we got home, we found that the pizza is so dry, lacking toppings, half the size of the box and tasteless. The garlic knots matched. I will say the cheese sticks and their marinara were tasty, but absolutely not one other kind word for this joke of a pizza place. I have a 7 person family, with tip, that's $140 that we fed to the dogs.
