  I was pleasantly surprised to find that the food I ordered was made exactly the way I had asked. Which was extra sauce as much as possible. The pizza looked good overall. Which is rare for most stores. Hopefully this location continues to make pizza exactly the way you ask. Only time will tell. If things change for the worse, I will be changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. Fingers crossed…

  Not only did I sit on the phone for five minutes listening to whoever is answering the phones be completely nasty to the other customer, she then got on the phone & started speaking very sarcastically & aggressive with me. We all have our nights, but it’s 6:24 pm on a Thursday. People are just trying to feed their families and go home. Very distasteful young lady answering phones at the riverdale hwy 85 location

  I had to take a moment to shout out Mr.Quincy at Pizza Hut because the service was seriously next level. From the second I walked in, Quincy brought great energy, professionalism, and attention to detail that you don’t see every day. My order was perfect, hot, and made exactly how I wanted it, even had just enough sauce dude! The whole experience was smooth and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Quincy didn’t just do the job at hand…he elevated it! That kind of attitude is what keeps people coming back and will now have me coming back! Pizza Hut, if you’re reading this Quincy is a standout employee and absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, a promotion). Keep up the amazing work little man!

  As I was leaving Kroger I couldn’t help the smell of the food coming from the pizza hut. I have had bad experiences with other pizza places but what can I say? This pizza hut is 10 out of 10. Great customer service! Quincy was very helpful as im very indecisive on what I want to eat at times. The pizza was fresh and hot. Very saucy and basically melted in my mouth.

  I had a wonderful experience thanks to KaNice. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. Her attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She truly made the whole experience enjoyable, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service!
