  So I will start off by saying that I didn’t even mean to order at this location because I haven’t had the best experience the couple of times I’ve gone. I ordered before I realized my mistake. Sadly my experience was still lacking. The order was supposed to be ready at 8:37pm. I had to wait 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Probably due to lack of staff and what appeared to be lack of ingredients and issues with the oven. My 1 year old was not happy about the wait time. Well I finally get the food and the crust is burnt. The pizza presentation overall was not what I’m used to from the other location a couple of miles away. At this point I don’t even feel like trying to get them to make it over because my child was hungry and I was tired. The 3 staff members that were there seemed frustrated and overwhelmed as well. I ate the pizza because I don’t like wasting money, but I was not content with the whole process. I won’t be coming back to this location. I hope they get it together before they are forced to close.

  The store manger KaNice, has excellent customer service! She gets you in and out with any order, helps out amazingly with any problems or situations, and makes sure all customers get the help they need! The food is amazing and is always fresh! I look forward to coming back again very soon.

  I had a really great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor exactly what you want when ordering pizza. The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was correct with my order. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying and reliable pizza spot!

  Visited this location with a friend. Great experience when i went in. Crew was friendly, pizza ready when I arrived, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Me safe me feel as though they care about customer satisfaction

  I visited this location today and the customer service was outstanding. Kanice Was the young lady who Greeted me and took my order. She was phenomenal And quick. To be honest, this was the first time I ever had a good experience with this location Thank you Kanice don’t ever change!!!
