ON TODAY April 5 ,2026 Easter Sunday whatever breakfast crew y’all had working today the store manager or management needs to either give ALL those employees more training or FIRE them . Every car was pulled in parking spots waiting for unrealistic times and still missing items from my order . This is not a good look on this McDonads . I just realized when I went to make this review this location has 3.1 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ that says a lot .

The woman putting orders together was antagonizing the guy making the good. Picking on Jabari. Poor Jabari. Maybe Jabari needs help (or fired). Either way, this McDonald’s is bad now. Do not recommend unless you’ve got time to wait.
- DMDenise MooreMar 8, 20261.0This McDonald’s at Highway 138 and 279 continues to deliver one of the worst fast-food experiences in the area. The cashier couldn’t get my rewards code to work after two different codes and multiple attempts and offered no solution. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with NO cheese, clearly stated it, and even reminded the employee at the window. My burger still came out with cheese. I also asked for barbecue sauce and was never told they didn’t have any. The Happy Meal didn’t include a toy either. To top it off, I had to pull forward to wait for the order. When they brought it out, it was raining and the bag was completely soaked and tore apart. No extra bag, no attempt to protect the food, nothing. Between the incorrect order, missing items, poor communication, and lack of basic customer care, this location seriously needs better management and training.
