  My rating is based on the food quality and quantity... nothing else. I've been a customer to this location for some time now. This occasion was just too much and I had to leave a comment. I placed as simple of an order that you could have done... 4 soft taco. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Customer service is always good as you pull up and they take your money. 👏🏾 At the window I was asked what type of sauce did I want and placed into the bag. Once home, I noticed how all four of my tacos wrapping paper seemed wet, not greasy. 🤔🌮 BTW... they only give you 1 sauce per taco.😩 When I opened up one taco I saw how one end was went, guess it came from the lettuce. Upon observation of all 4 soft tacos, you could've made ONE SOFT TACO with the food content. I was speechless... I paid all that money to see a dash of meat spread out on a shell, a little bit more lettuce, and a hint of cheese. You could wrap the soft taco shell over almost three times if you wanted to, to show how little of ingredients were actually on each taco. If it was worth me wasting my gas I would have taken them back... but why risk tainted food from an angry employee because his food came back or even the stress from the exchange when they're gonna look at you like you're the one in the wrong, when it's your business that's keeping them working in the first place. Make it make sense! Side note... The meat taste different now as well. Think this may have been my last taco bell, at least from this location.

  I can understand them being busy but they told me to use the kiosk to order my food I wanted mango tea That wasn't on the in the kiosk so I'm looking to try to get help and the people behind the counter laughing at me like I don't know what I'm doing. They need to grow up and somebody needs to start taking orders cuz everybody don't want to go through the drive through. So of course I walked out and didn't order anything.

  I went on December the 16th at 2:58pm to be exact ,melody was my drive threw cashier I asked her was it possible to get my chalupa shells drop fresh and I will pull up and wait on them so I won't hold the line up, she was a little hesitant at first but then when I explained to her I've been going to all the Taco bells in the shelves be stell that's why I stopped coming to Taco Bell I just want a fresh meal and I guess whoever was making it was like they can make it happen and they did and it tasted good thank you so much ladies for understanding and making my experience 👍 good
