  This McDonald’s at Highway 138 and 279 continues to deliver one of the worst fast-food experiences in the area. The cashier couldn’t get my rewards code to work after two different codes and multiple attempts and offered no solution. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with NO cheese, clearly stated it, and even reminded the employee at the window. My burger still came out with cheese. I also asked for barbecue sauce and was never told they didn’t have any. The Happy Meal didn’t include a toy either. To top it off, I had to pull forward to wait for the order. When they brought it out, it was raining and the bag was completely soaked and tore apart. No extra bag, no attempt to protect the food, nothing. Between the incorrect order, missing items, poor communication, and lack of basic customer care, this location seriously needs better management and training.

  The lady at the drive thru on 2/20/26 at around 11:40pm was very nasty, absolutely NO customer service. Maliyah was very NICE and made up for the horrible service I experienced through drive through

  Fast Food isn’t “Fast Food” anymore. I’d Mobile ordered and still get told to pull to the side to wait in food. I left because I refuse to be late to work. Left order. Definitely done with McDonalds and these drive thru times!

  Imagine sitting in line at McDonald’s waiting for food with only 3 cars in the drive thru. Even after waiting like 10 mins at the drive thru, they gave me my biscuit and I still had to wait on hash browns. (Myself and the other 2 vehicles in line with me.) So they tell me to park. Then a female pulled up as if that was her McDonalds, and started talking to me about where I was parked in front of the restaurant. I told her if I didn’t have to wait in my food, I wouldn’t be parked here. She wasn’t even in the click yet, but she wanna be parking enforcement instead of tryna get me my food after being there at that point for about 14 mins. I went back around the drive thru and requested a refund. The big dude manager told the chick what I said while I was still at the window. Very unprofessional. All that and being there that long had me late for work when I would’ve been on time had they not wasted so much of my time @6:30am on a Sunday morning.

  Malaija is a real one. She made sure my food was fresh and coming straight out the grease rregards of the time I spent running up her click css she could have easily told me to pull up & the manager that was n staff that night was phenomenal!!! Give them a raise corporate-you kno what month this is 🖤🖤🖤👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🗣️
