  Place the curbside order pick up almost 30 minutes later after checking in no one has came out. I get out the car go inside. Everyone’s having a great old time in the cook aera nobody working front line. Are we not working? Where is the customer service? It’s ridiculous this location needs a new set of managers and employees clear house!!!

  It's crazy that every time I visit this place I have to pull up and park. It's ridiculous because how do you not know when your rush crowd is coming? I worked at McDonalds so there is no reason for all of the parking to be honest. The managers have the nastiest attitudes because you refuse to park. Managers roll their eyes, they come with a snobbish attitude to the window and your food is prepared messy and handed to you out of the window any kind of way. They don't give you napkins or condiments and they don't fold your bag before handing it out of the window. Customer service sucks!!!

  The young girl cashier need to work frys the cash register. Was too overwhelming for her. I just ordered two sausage biscuits with no cheese. And she was confused. Lol she was soo lost...she called management to complain about my order...lol

  Sunday night me five 14 teen yrs was celebrating son birthday. We left six flags late and decided to just get McDonald's on the way home. I had to drop these kids off so they can get ready for school the next day. So pull in the drive thru. No rush at all. So we finally get to the mic the woman get on there . And tell us to hold on , so we waited until she was ready. She got back on and said they short staffed cool. She asked for my order. I said 4 $5 dollar meals. I asked could you just put them in separate bags cause boys are all going to different houses. So a man got on the mic and said , im no slave out of nowhere, and repeat it several times. Me and the boys was caught of guard. The lady also said you heard what he said and asked do I still want the order. I said yes we been waiting for a while. So I proceed to pull around to the first window. She was terrible to us. I asked was that the police just you are short staffed. She slam the window door in my face. The kids notice and asked why is she being so mean to us. I told them she don't suppose to act like that to customer. So came back asked do I still want the order. So I asked for a manger ! No one never showed up. Im puzzle about what's going on. We pull up to the next window to get the food. I notice a man came to the window and I heard his voice. I asked was he the manager. He said yes and asked did she say he is was not a slave. He said yes! I told him yes shouldn't say stuff like that. I have young men in the car that I'm trying to teach the right way. He start going off telling we better leave. When a couple the boys notice he had gun on his hip. Lifting his shirt up just where we can see it. He shouldn't never be working this job on 3rd shift. If he can't handle it and a manager on top of it. I been trying to find to GM i been calling no answer. I know first shift the bosses be in. I work first. This was Sunday. The parents are saying press charges on him. And the woman should be fired also

  This McDonald's needs better training I have always order quarter pounders and they are delicious when cook right. I had a problem with 4 quarter pounders I ordered for my family, all of them were under cooked I called to fix the problem and get my order right just for the manager to say that I was a picky person and refused to fix my order. bc the meat can be pink and raw a lil and it's okay... that's what she said as she hang up the phone on me. I'm still going to buy McDonald's just not at this location
