The original glazed doughnuts were extremely small, misshapen, and overly crispy, almost as if they had been carelessly prepared. The chocolate doughnuts were the correct size but were not fresh, despite the “Hot” sign being on. Additionally, the customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. For a purchase of $18.99, the overall quality and service were unacceptable. I sincerely hope that the OWNER not management reviews this location’s standards for customer service, customer engagement, and product preparation. It is unfortunate that we have to travel to another city just to receive proper service and quality products.

The taste of their donuts are almost always good, and this place was not an exception. The 4 stars come from the milk. I bought one of their whole milk bottles, and the milk's texture was thick. Like, very thick. I have never tasted milk this thick before. Threw it away immediately - it was not refreshing and made me wonder whats wrong with it. Maybe it was more fatty than what whole milk is supposed to be, or maybe it was something else. I dont blame them too much, since the expiration date of the milk was in tact and it is probably an honest mistake. But, I am going to take a star off for this.
