- PVPleasant Visions5 days ago1.0Visited the restaurant excited for a desert and coffee!!!!!!! As we walked in the manager looks up and then right back down to her task at hand, NO GREETING at all. We looked at the doughnuts display for a few minutes trying to figure out what we wanted… then we headed over to the ice cream area…. So after about 5 or 6 minutes into the visit the same lady who looked up finally says. Do y’all want something? I said yes. She said she’d be right back. When she came back from the back… I asked her if she would wash her hands. ( SHE WAS COUGHING INTO HER JACKET THE WHOLE TIME!!!!!!) She was visibly annoyed. She washed her hands and sent someone else to help us. I asked this lady (red braids) to wash her hands as well. She said I’ll put on a glove) 1. For the first lady ( Indian features.. nose ring, black hair… ) GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE if you do not know how to give customer service or if you don’t like customer service!!!!!!! GET OUT!!!! 2. Why is it that you are a food service company and have a problem washing your hands???????? I am a Dunkin fan but y’all have to do better!!!!! Smile, be friendly, greet your customers in the drive thru AND inside!!!!! WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY and use a paper towel when you turn the faucet off!!!! Do you want the health inspectors I your establishment day in and day out??? If not get it together.

The staff have gotten to know me on a personal level and they’ve perfected my coffee order! Keep it up guys!
