The get rude and mad when they have to remake it and then say (it takes ti much time ) cold foam is extra by the way and then they still fix my drink wrong. Will travel to another location this was my last day! The lady Zariah zara the manager there is never helpful and always rushes. The counter was dirty and wet and I got my sleeves wet while I was waiting. Asked for corporate number they said google it!! Look at picture where is foam ?? However, depending on the Dunkin’ location, some tend to make it overly sweet when it’s not necessary, and that’s how I know they’re not following the actual ingredients. But today, the lady with the orange hair did a fantastic job. This review isn’t for the entire staff — it’s specifically for her. The whipped cream was just right; it didn’t come spearing out of the top. I haven’t been this satisfied with my coffee in a while.
