As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I wish to give zero stars. The tall African American older women with light brown eyes customer service skills are atrocious. I witnessed her yelling at the cook for trying to help. She gave me order 30 minutes later. She held back some of my food. I had to knock on the glass for her to give me the rest of my order. I'm not sure why I returned. I will not make a 3rd trip. She only washed her hands when someone was looking. She was very sweet to the man that was in front of me. Terrible!

Man I worked for checkers so many years when the culture was so different this new age mangers in checkers or sad . I come for service and you excuse is we don't have a grill it took me off guard. I questioned it so you don't have a grill person and she said that what she said I didn't given want nothing off the grill I wanted a chicken sandwich if you was late setting up say that omg just said give the whole franchise and bad look smh mind you it was 30 min after opening

This is the only checkers I've been to where my order is always wrong in some way. I will not be coming to this establishment again. I ordered the bbq brisket Buford and it was rung up as a bbq bacon Buford. Before I received my meal I asked the cashier to confirm my order was rung up as a bbq brisket Buford and she confirmed it was, when I received my food it was a bbq bacon Buford and she told me that the were no longer serving bbq brisket bufords despite the fact there was the sign out front right next to the window claiming that it was still available for order. The bbq bacon Buford has tomato on it and had I known that I wasn't going to get a bbq brisket one like I wanted I would have ordered something completely different. The bbq bacon Buford wasn't even that good, order the baconzilla.
