  now don't get me wrong food delicious every single time BUT and this is a massive butt I don't know what's wrong with this location or who needs to be retrained but when I tell you there is not a single time in the day where it doesn't take less than 30 minutes to get food at a drive-thru... doesn't matter how many people are in line. doesn't matter when you come. you're going to be sitting there for a minute and that's kind of insane.

  I came on December 11th evening through the drive thru. I was immediately dissatisfied with the quality of my food so I requested to return my food for a refund. Gabrielle, the manager on duty, gave me push back but ultimately stated that she refunded my credit card. It wasn't until late night that I noticed on the refund receipt that she refunded via cash. The next day I went up and requested to speak back with Gabrielle. She stated that is just how it shows on the receipt but she assured me it would go back to my card and to just wait. Well here we are almost a month and I don't have my refund. I contacted American Express and disputed the charge through them. I'm not going to accuse Gabrielle of theft (pocketing the money) but if she isn't aware of her processes she should receive additional training. I wont ever return to this place again.

  The girl with the pink hair and piercings needs a raise immediately. She was fast, friendly, attentive, and communicative to the customers and the cooks/coworkers in the back.

  I visited the establishment to purchase a steak biscuit and four Bo-Berry biscuits. The cashier informed me that biscuits were currently baking, and I expressed my willingness to wait. During my wait, a different cashier inquired about my order, which I then provided. She proceeded to retrieve the items. While waiting, I overheard a staff member mention serving the Bo-Berry biscuits due to their age and hardness. I am concerned as to why I received these hard, dry biscuits, which were comparable to bricks. I question the efficacy of submitting these reviews, as I anticipate no resolution from Bojangles.

  This place is disgusting, pulled into the drive thru when I got to the window a girl came out picking her nose with no gloves then started touching food. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit pink lemonade and Mac and cheese fixin. They biscuit was obviously dipped in old greese was super wet and the egg was burnt and dripping old dirty greese it was unedible the Mac and cheese had pieces of meat in it not sure where it came from but it was a total waste.. not to forget to mention they asked me to pull up and park to wait for my order and it took almost 20 minutes to get 1 order and they kept giving me strawberry jelly instead of grape jelly..
