  Hey I Came into chipotle today at 2:10 pm And I’m a regular customer I spend $40 and over every time I come there, Todays customer service was terrible the Young lady making my food refused to make my food over on A mistake she messed up on!! I had 2 bowls and I told her to put tomato on one of them she was rushing and moving fast and decided to put tomatoes on them both so I asked her can she make one of them over and she said no it’s no point To waste food and refused to make it so I said but you messed it up. I never asked you to put tomatoes on the second one and she gonna say she can pick it out 😐Little cut up tomatoes, and pick it out of my food🤨 I let it slide this time, but this is unacceptable for me to be spending 40 plus ever time I come here and can’t get my order right (it was a black girl she was new and she had a septum nose piercing ) I do not want she making my food again!!

  So far I've only had the burrito! I had both steak & chicken! Good & tender! All-in-all, with the added ingredients, I thought they were very good!

  I went to this location on Highway 85. The line is a bit long . When I get to the front to place my order I’m told I had to order on the online app. Fine, I place my order for a quesadilla online and was confused on how to pay for it with my card because there were no options available so I asked the older woman wearing glasses with braids up front for assistance and she acted as if she didn’t want to help and told me to ask the cashier. I asked the young lady at the cashier and she let me pay with my card. My order was placed at 7:57pm. While I’m waiting for my order the line is getting longer. Time is going by and before I look up everyone in line has had their orders taken and food served before me. I asked the young lady at the register about my quesadilla because she had an ample amount of time to start my quesadilla when she was just standing around and it doesn’t get made until 12 minutes AFTER I placed my order. She asked the older woman to make my quesadilla and when she handed me my food, I let the older woman with glasses and braids know that I had chips with my order. Instead of just handing me chips she gives me this look as if I’m bothering her and she whispers something to the young lady and she hands me a bag of chips. The chips were sitting right there at the counter and the older woman could’ve EASILY handed them to me. She was rude. This is the worst customer service I’ve gotten from this location.

  So I guess they should be known for terrible service and skimping on the rice. My wife keeps telling me to stop eating here but I don’t listen and get disappointed every time. The lady that took my order had a very unwelcoming attitude, rushed me on my order, tossed my food in the bag and made my bowl like I was a kid. I would not come back, service sucks. She put more sour cream than she put rice
