The drive thru line was dreadfully long, and on the way leaving out multiple drive thru customers complained. At least the restroom was clean!

Chance after chance they are consistently messing up orders (delivery or in person), service is constantly NOT up to Chick-fil-A standards (can’t tell you the last time I’ve heard “have a good day” or “my pleasure”, and the only response to any issues is a coupon??? Chick-fil-A — do yourself a favor and SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN before they make people not do business based off of their lack of effort, knowledge, and attention to detail! After this last experience of NOT receiving almost half of my order and the response is a coupon to my app, I will NOT be back to this location again.
