  Don’t really write reviews but this location just sucks. The mid day and afternoon employees forget something every time I go here and you are lucky if they even look at you. Ordered the new Huntrix meal and the employees at the second window were too busy talking and didn’t give us the special meal sauces. Of course didn’t realize until we got home.

  Ordered a big arch meal for my son, since he wanted to try it. When we got home and he bit into his burger he started coughing and his lips turned red, he told me it was spicy, I took the tiniest dab on my finger and it was so hot I needed water. Also a fry was missing but that was the least of my concerns. Tried to call the store to see what happened but conveniently their phones were off. I’ve already contacted corporate because I felt like this was some sick joke played. Yes, I got a coupon for a free meal but also wanted to leave this review for other people to see. I recommend a different location if you’re wanting McDonalds, this one is a joke. They’re lucky this didn’t end in a lawsuit. Arguably the worst restaurant in Ringgold ga.

  Took 25 mins after ordering through the drive through. So much for fast food. My order was less than $20 and a lot of cars went around me, so not sure what the hold up was. Then our order was wrong.

  The manager Casey was horrible. She was yelling at her staff and speaking down to them. Demeaning them in front of a lobby full of customers. It didn’t look like any of the workers were over 20 most looking 16. Not sure what kind of management style makes employees feel belittled, embarrassed, and frustrated. Want more efficient employees? Have great management. She needs to be ashamed honestly. Can’t take stress, problems, life out on employees working hard for you! Ridiculous. But service and food were good.

  Im normally not one to write reviews but I would like others to hear my thoughts. When I got to this location it was already packed. This was mainly because there was a band trip and this was one of the chosen restaurants that the students could choose. I was a part of the group that students could choose. After I placed my order I noticed that everyone else’s orders were coming very late. On top of that the order numbers were in a strange sequence that made it hard for many of the students on the trip to understand. The students at this restaurant had a time limit they had to get to the bus at 8:00. But this was unachievable due to the service here. It seemed that they had many workers completing orders and delivering them to customers but to those who actually went inside to dine and order seemed as a less of priority. As I witnessed people get things missing in their simplistic orders, orders from people who went after someone who ordered first, the food being in a terrible state, and racist. I understand that it was very stressful for the employees due to the sudden influx in orders and customers but many of the band students ordered in pairs. Meaning about one student in a pair would actually order something in order to share for time. Personally I had ordered a simple three item meal. A large Dr Pepper, 6 piece chicken nuggets, and a large fries. I did this because I wanted a quick meal to get to my bus on time. Yet they had forgotten my drink. And when I had asked for the cup for said drink I paid for, one of the employees had given what I would call an annoyed expression. Again I am giving an understanding that it was really packed, but at the time I had received my order it was dying down inside. It had seemed they had all their priorities backwards for meals as I’ve mentioned before. My friend who had order before many many many people got their order dead last despite it only being two shakes and one medium fries. Additionally when the students of the band trip had given patience and understanding of the slow service, the employees serving were very rude. They made passive aggressive remarks and judgemental looks (as stated before). On top of all this, when order numbers were being announced, some employees barely shouted it. Again busy with people who are waiting and talking to pass the time. Many did not hear their number leading to the time taking even long. Moving onto the food, a burger was just plain hard. You could hear an echo when tapped on. And many of their fountains drinks were severely watered down. From what I had tasted it taste somewhat similar to water with a hint of syrup. Going back on how I was given a mean look, another customer had done the same but was shown more care than I did. Despite both of us asking for it in the same manner. Kind. The main difference between me and this other customer was that, they were white and I am Asian. On top of that when my friend was asking for the correct amount of change, who is a POC, she was treated with the most passive aggressive I’ve seen. I would not recommend this place during busy hours as shown above. They had priorities backwards, caused wait time to go even longer, and many things with foods had went wrong. Please only go here when it’s not busy or a last minute resort. Oh and please don’t come here if you’re a POC many of that weren’t treated fairly.
