  The staff at this Poplar Springs location have always been wonderful when shopping INSIDE the store. They are great and always go above and beyond. However the Food Lion to Go App for pickup was a horrible experience in customer service from their Manager - Christian today. I have used pick up apps consistently from Walmart, Food City and many others for years with no issues. Today was the first time I opted to use the Food Lion app for a pickup order and was extremely disappointed. I have screenshots as well as the details within the app regarding the time the order was placed and the correct pick up location address - as well as the order confirmation number and the text message regarding the order receipt and preparation details. We even called ahead and spoke to a very nice employee there hours before the listed pickup reservation time to confirm the time listed would be this evening as shown - and she confirmed the time of pick up tonight was accurate. When we arrived to pick it up tonight they had no record of the order and would not help us at all until the following day. The money was deducted from my account and showed where payment had been taken by the Poplar Springs location so I provided that as well as the Order Confirmation Number and text confirmation we received. The Manager I spoke to was “Christian” and he was quite curt in telling me they had no record of that order so there was no option of getting the ordered items or a refund today. He told me he didn’t see the order information (even with all the confirmation and payment info I provided as proof) plus they were “too busy to stage an order” so I could try to call back “maybe tomorrow”. I can understand if there was a computer mistake on their end - even with all the documentation I provided to show the confirmed and paid order - and would have reasonably worked with them to resolve the confusion on their end. However, the level of rudeness that the Manager - Christian - exhibited in his conversation to us tonight as well as his absolute refusal to offer ANY help for us was shocking. He even hung up on me while I was still asking who I should call tomorrow to see about picking up our confirmed and paid order. Today Christian chose rudeness over customer service.

  The worker are very nice some of them . The others seem to tell me drama going on in the store.

  Has the best & freshest produce of any other store I have shopped in. This store is amazing, always fully stocked, very clean and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been shopping here for 10 years and it will always be my #1 store in Ringgold GA as well as other surrounding areas.
