Smelled like raw sewage, toilet bowl looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The entire room was nasty. Wasn't real confident in ordering food from here based on the state of the restroom.

The lettuce was brown and frozen to the sides of the bowl and the rest was sitting in water. The tomatoes were rotten. Cucumbers were brown and covered with water. I could not believe what I was seeing. I told the young lady to cancel our order we were leaving and told her why. That food is going to make someone sick. It was disgusting. For them to have just opened for the day I would have expected fresh food. My appetite was ruined.
