  Not often that I leave reviews, but I was pretty annoyed with the service. I ordered ahead through the app before I even left the house, got there, and was told that the grill was being cleaned. I said that’s fine — I’m perfectly okay with waiting. I parked and sat for 30 minutes until I noticed a few employees standing out front. I pulled back into the drive-through and sat for another 40 minutes, thinking, “Surely the grill is clean by now.” After sitting at the menu for a while, I pulled up to the window. After another wait, I was finally able to speak to someone, and they told me they could no longer serve dinner because it was after 4 a.m., despite my order being placed over an hour earlier. The employee seemed annoyed that I had waited patiently and acted as if I was somehow to blame. They also made no attempt to make the situation better — no offer to swap my order for breakfast or anything else. If it weren’t for that last interaction, I probably wouldn’t have left a review. I consider myself a patient person. My frustration isn’t because of the long wait, but because of the lack of care and service I received after waiting over an hour patiently. So I’m sharing this to say a few things. Either post a notice or stop incoming mobile orders if you’re shut down from 3:00–4:10 a.m., or get two grills like most other restaurants so you can clean one while cooking on the other. Finally, you’re losing business — and rightfully so. I saw around five or six cars either try to order or leave after getting tired of waiting for someone to take their order. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to think twice as well.

  I came in and always asked for my order to be fresh. Which I've never had waited for 30 mins for chicken nuggets. Which I knew that they drop the old ones down. They was so hard to eat. Hopefully they can get it together

  This place needs to get there shit together and wasting peoples time it don’t take an hour to get a small meal like they are doing a shitty job

  I have been sitting in line since 9pm. Waiting on my son oder. At the drive through young guy wants to hangout with his friends that is in front of me . And then a lady comes to the window and wants to hangout with her friends to. This is very sad to have to wait on a #9 with a milk shake. There was only the teenagers in front of me and one car behide me. But because you want to hangout with your friends in the drive through you make me and other car wait.To me thats sad . Then you cant even get my oder right. I mean really. They want to say will did you get a receipt when I paid almost $12 for a large and you want to give me a medium. They need to get management to not make the drive through a teenager hangout . We didnt get food to almost 930pm. This is truly sad
