  I have been sitting in line since 9pm. Waiting on my son oder. At the drive through young guy wants to hangout with his friends that is in front of me . And then a lady comes to the window and wants to hangout with her friends to. This is very sad to have to wait on a #9 with a milk shake. There was only the teenagers in front of me and one car behide me. But because you want to hangout with your friends in the drive through you make me and other car wait.To me thats sad . Then you cant even get my oder right. I mean really. They want to say will did you get a receipt when I paid almost $12 for a large and you want to give me a medium. They need to get management to not make the drive through a teenager hangout . We didnt get food to almost 930pm. This is truly sad

  I get so sick of buying food just to turn around and throw it out on more than one occasion I come through here and thrown out what I was sold as soon as I got to the interstate. A fish sandwich isn't really that hard to drop in a deep fryer yet I get one that was so old it was like trying to eat dried up shoe leather 6$ immediately wasted never got a receipt or anything so maybe I'll just return the actual fish fossil I was given tonight sometime tomorrow and see if it's something they would like to spend their money on and potentially run the risk of getting food poisoning from it

  Great place to go if u want to stand for 20 min and never get service employees just walk rt and never take a order this is my 5th trip and last. Me and 3 others walked out they could not get waited on either they need to shut the doors. And close this place down corporate needs to pull the books on this place it has to be the lowest producer in the state. They have the worst reviews I have seen in a while shut the doors and ringgold a favor

  The staff here seem to have it way too easy. I selected 'dine-in' at the kiosk, but they didn't bother bringing the food to my table. Worst of all, all my customizations were completely ignored, and they didn't even include any ketchup. What’s the point of staff being friendly if they can't handle a simple order properly? Even for Christmas Eve, this level of service is disappointing. The only saving grace is that the interior is clean and quiet.

  I was trying to use my code from the app at the drive thru, when the man taking the order kept repeating the code # incorrect. I politely ask if someone else who maybe spoke English could take my order, so they could understand me. He told me that maybe I couldn't talk plain. Then refuse to serve me and threaten to call the police on me. This is the second time I have had this type of behavior in 2 weeks. Almost sounds like harassment to me. I hope when they do have a customer who has a speech impairment they don't treat them with such disrespect. There is nothing wrong with my speech. Thanks!
