  I had to get delivery because I’m not feeling too great, their jalapeno Mac and cheese bites are to DIE for!! Especially with the jalapeno sauce. I always buy extra sauce, a few times it has been overlooked. Today I called to just ask to double check and I spoke with Kelly, he was extremely friendly, great sense of humor and now my husband and I will be going in to sit with him! He double checked my sauces and even added an extra for them being missing in the past. He was extremely upbeat and friendly!!

  This is a small little restaurant in downtown ringgold with mediocre bar food, terrible customer service, long waits, and terrible attitudes. not a fun atmosphere to be around and even worse place to be employed. no one knows what's going on.

  Jefferson's Ringgold has been a great sponsor, for the Red Clay Roughnecks Mc. They have a great team there. The food is always great and so is the service.

  We started with fried pickles and chips with spinach dip. I had the fish basket and slaw. Had 4 different flavors of the wings and they were delicious but a little small. Our group also had shrimp tacos which were good but my son thought there should be more than 3 shrimp in a taco, it looked full to me. Finished off with funnel fries which were very tasty. The only thing we didn't like is that the fried pickles, fries and funnel fries weren't fried long enough.

  ⭐ 1/5... I wouldn't even give it that much if I didn't have to. I spent almost $40 for this?? No thanks! After a long day at work, I decided to treat myself to some wings. Big mistake. These wings were dry, stale, and tasted nowhere near fresh—like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp just waiting to ruin someone’s night. For almost $40, this was an absolute joke. I ordered 2 different kind of wings and each 10 piece is $15.99 with sides costing additional. Neither set of wings was good or even edible, honestly. The "dry rub" was definitely dry but not in the way they intended, I am sure. I called to get a refund and was basically blamed for their wings being this bad as they were "not picked up on time" even though their website stated 35 minutes for ASAP pick up. I understand food can taste a little off if not picked up right away but these taste as if I've gone over my pick up time by hourssss not just 5-10 minutes! The meat was very tough, the "seasoning" couldn’t save it, and the whole order looked and tasted like something they threw together without a second of care. This was like something you'd see on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. If this is what they consider acceptable quality, I won’t be wasting my money here again. I know $40 may not sound like much to some people but for others that's all they can manage to set aside to treat themselves to something nice in this economy. Do better, Jefferson’s. This was embarrassing. And definitely no further business from me.
