  I ordered a gravy biscuit combo, a sausage biscuit, a regular mashed potato, and two sweet teas. Not only did they leave out my Bo rounds for the combo, they used their leftover sausage and gravy for my mashed potatoes which is just revolting. When we got to the window they gave us our food and then had us waiting on our drinks, which once we finally got them they weren’t even teas as we requested it was a coke and a sprite or starry. I called and complained and they offered to give us what we asked for if we came back which I seriously shouldn’t have to. I think there needs to be a change in staff because this is the second or third time I’ve bought from this location and they’ve “forgotten” things, definitely won’t be getting food from here again until there’s a change.

  I go to this establishment everyday & I get one large tea a day sometimes 2 plus whatever else on occasion. I ordered one large tea this morning & a seeet patator pie. As usual they’re out and come to find out they only make 3 a day. Problem is I gave a 20.00 bill and got 14..00 & change back. Large tea is 2.99 every freaking day. There’s a good chance I’ll just get my tea at Wendy’s from now on. I should’ve counted my change before leaving the window. Morale to the story I don’t like giving my money a way especially today

  “We can definitely drop you some fresh fries” I get the fries and they’re so old they scratched my throat on the way down. Why even say that? I would have just gotten one of the sides that don’t taste horrible even if it isn’t fresh.
