Unfortunately, we did not have the best of luck with our food. We did not get served the regular Bojangles gravy on our mashed potatoes (we received the breakfast sausage gravy) - I'm not even sure why breakfast gravy is being served at night but it is what it is, and the Bo bites were overcooked and tough or had been sitting out (still tough as a rock). We've had Bo bites at other locations that were cooked perfectly and these were not even close to that. I think with some consistency in food quality served, this could be a great location.

The person giving me my food passed it to me through the window. I asked if that was the right order. They just held the bag and stared at me. No words were spoken. Does this location only hire people that can’t speak, or is it just bad customer service?

All the ladies in the kitchen were working fast. The lady at the window told us it would be a minute since they were making the Cajun filet biscuit fresh. That in itself was awesome! Not giving us one that was sitting under a hot light all day. Thank you! Y'all keep up the great work! Will definitely come back to this one.
