  Food was hot, fresh, and served promptly. My guest was a first timer...the talked about the taste, temp, and quality hours after we stopped in and enjoyed our meal. Nice teamwork...keep doing what your doing. Special S/O to the biscuit maker- (chef's kiss). Thank you.

  Ordered 12 piece family meal with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. Was told they were out of dirty rice and mashed potatoes. Also NO chicken was ready either. We waited at least 35 minutes before getting our order only to get home and find out we didn’t get any biscuits. I did call and spoke to the manager on duty (Smoky). Of course she said we can come back there to pick up the biscuits…I asked about being out of the sides…she said they didn’t get their deliveries as expected this week. Really Bojangles? How do you expect to sell from an empty wagon? This is pathetic.

  I ordered a gravy biscuit combo, a sausage biscuit, a regular mashed potato, and two sweet teas. Not only did they leave out my Bo rounds for the combo, they used their leftover sausage and gravy for my mashed potatoes which is just revolting. When we got to the window they gave us our food and then had us waiting on our drinks, which once we finally got them they weren’t even teas as we requested it was a coke and a sprite or starry. I called and complained and they offered to give us what we asked for if we came back which I seriously shouldn’t have to. I think there needs to be a change in staff because this is the second or third time I’ve bought from this location and they’ve “forgotten” things, definitely won’t be getting food from here again until there’s a change.
