  Folks that work here have no customer service or general people skills. Food order was wrong, chicken nuggets were burnt. Going to the front counter to address issues, employees see me standing there and run away. Had to call someone up there and the guy argued with me that the black chicken nuggets weren’t burnt. When manager come to the scene, the guy arguing with me that the black chicken nuggets weren’t burnt run off with them. Manager did make right however the experience from all other employees was horrible. Having identical experience at Rincon and Springfield Taco Bell, expect these places to follow trend of Burger King closures from poor customer service.

  Kiosk ordering should be an option, not the standard. Filling was mostly lettuce, very little meat compared to all other locations.

  DO NOT GET CINNAMON TWISTS. They are not edible. Absolutely disgusting. Tasted extremely bitter and like paint. Yuck.
