  Be aware of this place they like to steal your money when using a card .a$15 dollar order cost $30 then when you confront them they don't want to give you the money back

  Why I keep ordering here I just don’t know. If you want sauce on your pizza I’d suggest calling and begging for it. I order online and click extra sauce and on this third try even put it in the notes. The pic shows the outcome. When I called I was told it was a “topping” and I’d have to pay extra. For sauce. Forget it, I’ll learn how to make pizza at this point.

  I walked in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes to order a pizza and nobody came to counter and soon as i walk out the store he came outside and talk to someone sitting in the car

  My experience with Pizza Hut in Rincón on February 19, 2026, was by far one of the worst food-ordering experiences I’ve had. I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a rude manager who printed out an additional receipt and pressured me to leave a tip. His attitude clearly changed when I initially didn’t tip. I wasn’t aware that tipping was expected, but I still left a tip out of kindness for the staff. Unfortunately, the food quality was just as disappointing. The pizza had no sauce, and the chicken bites looked rushed and poorly put together. Overall, the service and food quality were unacceptable.
