  1145 today I finally received my order. We ordered at 1115. Several employees standing around and managers doing nothing. Who is the GM of that location?

  This isn’t acceptable it’s 8 at. Night no excuses for my order to be wrong not hot. And two trips had to be made to deliver my food I need to speak to who ever is in charge here in Rincon ga

  It would be nice not to have to wait 10 -15 mins at the drive through menu board to place an order well after the 5am opening time. Today I pulled up at 5:15 and sat with no acknowledgement before proceeding to the drive through window at 5:22 and had to ask what time they open (we are opening now) they couldn't give me a time. Just open on time so people can pay, get food, and go on to work.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PERSONALITY, KS# 13 YOU NEED TO RETRAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE!! Ordered a large sweet tea half unsweet, was given a Large Sweet Tea, I tasted before I left the drive thru window it was all sweet ai ask for some unsweetened and was told we don't not have unsweetened tea, THEN WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THAT WHEN I ORDERED!? ASK FOR A REFUND MUCH TO THEIR SURPRISE WAS GIVEN ONE WITH ATTITUDE, RIDICULOUS, IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT ON CUSTOMERS AND BE KIND FIND A JOB WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC! AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S, NEEDS TO BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, RUDE!!

  Eveyone was nice except the new manager. Rincon really needs management who knows how to be kind. I ordered food for someone else and was checking the back and she ended up rushing me. And I had to tell her im missing an item. So maybe chill out. If you cant be nice dont work in food industries. (Personally its a Rincon thing) people out here in restaurants (mainly management) just cant be nice. Like the people aren't built for customers 😒 but I mean at least they aren't in a area where they take care of patients, or answer phones to schedule appointments.
