  I waited for 30 extra minutes to pick up my order. No, one would help me but they asked me 3 times who the order was for... This is the food business.It's called customer service. When you lose somebody's order or something happens instead of making other people's orders.You should be making the persons you lost. Not ignoring the person standing there for a very long time. I have no clue what y'all have going on but you need new management one that will actually train their people to have the skills of customer service.

  The worst I ever had I don’t live in Rincon I was just passing thru and had the taste for Taco Bell I paid for extra cheese and sauce my taco was completely broken and the chalupa had barely any chicken

  Online order wasn't even started until 24 min after the requested pick up time which already gave them 20 min to prepare the food before I arrived, even with the extra half hour the order was still incorrect and sloppily thrown together. Close the location until a serviceable crew can be found to run it!

  Terrible service. I didn't know that customer service at this restaurant was synonymous with tipping. I thought tipping was voluntary since everyone who works there gets paid. Just like me, I'm going to spend my money, not ask for it. It turns out that the dark-haired woman who wears a hat and glasses served me seemed to expect a tip from me, which she thought I was obligated to give her. So I came back today, placed my order, and waited half an hour because the woman started badmouthing me to her coworker, and I had to go to my car to get the phone so they could see the receipt and I could finally be served. And when they brought my food, she threw it at me with a look like I'd killed someone in her life. The coworker did this without ever having seen me or knowing me, just because the woman who served me before wanted a mandatory tip. That's why I see people using the drive-thru to avoid dealing with animals like these people inside the restaurant. This happened today, October 30, 2025, at 1:36 PM.
