  Ate on 01/25/26. Whoever took my order clearly did not care enough about their job to pay attention to a word I said. They had me repeat my order 3 times and still got it wrong. I came around to ask them to remake my burger because after telling them no onions 3 times my burger still had onions. When they brough me my food back it was the same burger with the same onions on it. They game me a medium fries and chili cheese tots after asking for only a large chili cheese tot and a medium drink instead of a large. Over all one of the less enjoyable experiences I've had at this location. Also if anyone from corporate gets to read this tell your employees its poor taste to have a personal phone conversation while taking and bringing orders to customers. I ordered my food around 4:40pm if that helps with seeing who was staffed at the time

  For some reason it’s just impossible for them to get your order right here. We ordered a smash burger combo meal and a double cheeseburger combo meal, and while we were ordering the employee was giggling. She told us the total and we asked for her to repeat our order back to check, and she said “Uh you had the 2 double cheeseburgers?”. So we had to tell her everything again, and she still couldn’t get it right. Then a guy comes on the speaker to get our order right, so that was 3 times telling them what we wanted. And when we got our food, it still wasn’t right.

  I went up to the car hop to order and was yelled at by the lady through the speaker and called stupid because she just decided she wanted to do drive through only.

  paid 3 dollars for extra bacon. got no bacon. was waiting on it all day bc it’s my favorite thing to get. happened on multiple occasions. do they not read the order all the way? another time i got the wrong order. get right.
