I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a rude manager who printed out an additional receipt and pressured me to leave a tip. His attitude clearly changed when I initially didn’t tip. I wasn’t aware that tipping was expected, but I still left a tip out of kindness for the staff. Unfortunately, the food quality was just as disappointing. The pizza had no sauce, and the chicken bites looked rushed and poorly put together. Overall, the service and food quality were unacceptable.
