I made my order on the app, as I usually do. We got there and was told my order didn't exist. I showed the girl my phone, she said "South Columbia? You're at the wrong location. You ordered up the road on Ebenezer." I asked if they could make the order here, she said no. So we drove 10 minutes up to Ebenezer. The guy at Ebenezer said they don't have my order number, I showed him my phone, he said my order is at 427 South Columbia, his location is like 2600 GA-21. I told him that 427 South Columbia sent us to him. I asked them to just make it, he said he can't. He called someone, told them the issue, I was sent back down here. When I got here, I waited a bit to talk to someone. I ask for compensation because 48-49 minutes was wasted, my gas was wasted, and I was sent on a wild goose chase. She comped $16 of my $27 meal, which I was fine with. But when we got home, none of our food seemed fresh. It was as if it'd had been sitting there the whole time. It felt like it was kept in warm area..usually when we get home it's still nice and hot.

Many missing items. Also experienced items swapped between customers 🤢. Avoid this McDonald's if your traveling and in a rush. They don't communicate well. Only upside is the patient & wonderful manager who has glasses and she took her time and communicated with us.

Placed a mobile order for counter and got there just to wait fifteen minutes before having to ask the employee at the counter about an update for my order. She states they don’t have my order and I politely show her the order confirmation screen with their location’s address and the card ending numbers that I paid with.
She proceeds to grab what I believe to be the manager, who has the worst attitude off rip. She talks to me like I’m an idiot and then proceeds to magically pull my order up and tell me she’s going to charge my card again at the front counter, with a completely different total than what I had paid previously on my order confirmation screen. I then get a notification and refund of my original order total saying my order had been CANCELLED. I walked out. Long story short don’t even bother coming here.
