Terrible experience. Make my order at the touch screen to paid at the counter. And guess what?....30 minutes waiting to someone show to take my money. I have to leave without my food cause im late to work

OMGOSH What happened, Big Mac, both patties didn't size up to one portion of bun. Skinny French fry. Nothing the way it use to be. Horrible prices go up quality has gone way down. Outrageous What happened???? All McDonald's are like this.

Apparently it's now fine to swap burgers between customer's orders, leave out a burger and a drink, forget to add bacon to a bacon double quarter pounder, and serve raw meat to customers.
Maybe if two of the employees weren't smoking in the men's restroom, the order would've been done right.
The kiosk we used was out of receipt paper and we were not provided a receipt when we requested one.

Just wanted to grab something after a long day at work. Lady at the window was rude and kept rushing me along. Didn’t get a receipt and then learned that several items I ordered and paid for were missing and were going to take a bit to make. Just not loving it at this point.
