  By far the worst McDonald’s I have been to in my entire life. Customer service horrible. Ordered food walked next-door to get change after the very rude baldheaded lady told me she couldn’t break a large bill (no big deal) Paid and waited over 25 minutes for COLD FOOD!!! Had I not been waiting for a child’s order I would have asked for my money and just left. Great news is I made it out of there before the people in the drive thru did who were there when I went inside!!!!!

  Placed an order in December 3rd on the McDonald’s app and after waiting a hour and half for my food they refused to give me a refund and told me I had to call customer service. I’ve called 6 times and still have yet to get my refund!!! Absolute worst McDonald’s there is!

  The coffee was absolutely to die for like always and the sausage muffin was hot and fresh my only grip was had to wait about five minutes or someone to come take my order cause I want you to use that stupid board and then she kinda had an attitude but still everybody was nice and the food was great

  I hit the drive-thru for a quick bite to eat at McDonald's/ Love's in Rincon, GA after topping off my gas tank at Love's. I pulled up behind two other vehicles waiting to order with one vehicle at the food pickup window. Soon it was only the three of us sitting there waiting to order for minutes on end with no cars at any of the windows. Eventually I was able to place my order, although I could barely hear the employee on the speaker. I pulled up to the paying window and nobody was inside. I paid at the food pick up window, but when I pulled up I could see through the tinted glass, it was more important for the girl to be playing with her cell phone instead of taking her job a little more seriously. I received my food and my drink and when I got home my drink tasted nothing like Coca-Cola. I mean the color was there but that was about it. And it had a decent amount of ice in it as usual. But it barely had a hint of Coca-Cola taste to it. Sometimes there's nothing better than a good cold fountain soda. This was not one of those times. I fear that if this is as good as it gets McDonald's will follow the path of the dodo bird. Extinction is right around the corner.   This is worse store I have ever dealt with they are slow , always run out of items, the wait is stupid long, and they never get your orders rite. But after today's visit my family and I will never come back to this store I order my 5 yr old the grinch 10 piece nugget meal cause he wanted the grinch sock when I got to the window to get my food they asked me I ordered so I told them again and when I got my food they did not give me the grinch meal just the 10 piece nugget meal I asked about the socks and the lady said give me your receipt then she gives it back to me and said they rung up the wrong order so I asked for the socks and was told no so I asked how much they cost I was told they don't sale the by there self so I asked what can we do cause now I have a 5 yr old crying because he didn't get the socks then I was told I would have to go back threw the long drive threw line and reorder the meal again I asked why would I do that ,asked if they could just fix the meal and take care if the customer I was told no and the window was shut at the drive threw , this is not how you do customer service , I want this to go to the owner of this location were they can know what they are doing thered there.
