    If I could give half a star I would, they did feed me after all. 38 minutes for 2 mcgriddles and a coffee. Employees vaping in the restaurant, cursing at eachother and customers. Half of the employees walk around the gas station talking instead of working. Serious change in staff is needed, this location is in desperate need of a manager and employees that care.

    What is the point in having a screen that shows what the customer ordered if the employees can't seem to read it? My breakfast orders are more often than not missing food or drinks. I'm tired of shopping here, this place was staffed better two years ago.

    Went to order from kiosk machine debt doesn't work, angry customers. People's has been waiting for their order for over 10 minutes. Customer was wondering why his order wasn't filled yet. And shown the manager in importante way, ( in her face ) 🙄 while saying I will be back with you shortly. We all know fast food industry doesn't pay very well. But something has to give us better services.

    My recent visit i thought was going to be ok becuase I noticed the manager actually personally checking that the food i ordered was being made correctly so I made the mistake of believing everything would be fine and did not check my food. For the most part it was fine, only 1 burger was actually wrong, being a single instead of a double and the toppings were wrong. The real kicker is that the 6 piece i ordered had no nuggets in the box. Instead it was filled with, i am assuming, all the onions that I did not want on my burgers. Guess she didn't actually give that box a shake to verify it had any nuggets in it. Reading a screen and putting food in a container is apparently harder than it seems.

    I’ve given this location several opportunities due to the location near my home. Unfortunately it’s always a let down. They are always out of items and the service is horrible. They have to have the record for the slowest McDonald’s in Georgia. They can’t seem to get orders correct. Last night was the last straw. I was informed at the drive through they were out of sprite and HiC orange. We were the only vehicle in line. We waited 15 minutes at the window. When the attendant finally made contact there was no hello let alone an apology for the delay. When we received our drinks (coke) it was so watered down it looked like dirty water. When I brought this to the attention of the attendant I was told “what do you want me to do about it”? I ended up leaving the drinks as I obviously wasn’t going to receive the product I paid for. When we got home the fries had barely been cooked. Waste of $20 dollars. Whoever owns this establishment is either pathetic and has no clue what is going on there or genuinely couldn’t care less about customer service. I tried calling. No answer and they don’t even have a voicemail set up. Who runs a business like this? Will not be going back.
